Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Southern California-based Financial Institution seeking a Sales Manager to support the overall management and performance of their Irvine Branch. The Sales Manager will provide strong sales and customer service leadership, and possess a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new consumer and business banking relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Generate deposits and new business opportunities while growing and maintaining an existing portfolio of banking relationships.
  • Create and execute business development and marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and deposit growth.
  • Manage customer relationships through proactive outreach, inside sales efforts, and exceptional service.
  • Lead tickler and covenant compliance activities to ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through cross-selling the Bank's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to consumer and business customers.
  • Achieve deposit, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth goals while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and applicable banking laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, researching, and decision-making abilities, as required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient with MS Office).
